Fue una estafa no nos estaban esperando la propiedad estaba sucio, olía a puro Mojo llamé y llamé y nunca contestaron. Tuvimos que agarrar otro condominio en otro lugar ya que íbamos seis días y hasta ahora mismo no han contestado. Puse una queja con Expedia y ellos dijeron que iban a reembolsar que esperar a 72 horas. Después de eso ni siquiera ellos se hicieron responsables simplemente dijeron no vamos a poder hacer nada porquería tanto de dueños de Casa, como porquería de Expedia, que no cuidan a sus clientes. Jamás vuelvo a ser una reservación por medio de Expedia. Llevo trabajando con ellos. Muchos años. Soy viajero frecuente y se supone que tienes un respaldo con Expedia pero al parecer no es así. Estuve con mi familia éramos cuatro y fue imposible llegar a un acuerdo después que se resuelva todo eso por medio de mi abogado. Voy a borrar todo lo que tenga que ver con Expedia.
