A very pleasant stay with wonderful multilingual and friendly staff. The hotel appears to have been extended into numerous surrounding properties, which makes for a bit of a maze, which adds to its charm. Your room is cleaned daily by lovely staff. Very good value for money.

Overall this property was average and "felt" more like an upmarket Hostel than a Hotel. The hotel itself on 1st impression seems quite modern. The hotel was currently undergoing some repairs with workmen on some mornings operating a numatic drill at about 09:00. The hotel corridors seemed dusty all the time and there was noise all day and night. Pool facilities although boasting of 4 pools, these are little more than paddling pools. On the plus side the roof top bar was lovely along with the staff who worked in it, especially the older fella whose name I cannot remember. For the price we paid the rooms were fine other than inward facing to a 24hr a day access courtyard however I spoke to some who had paid an awful lot more the same deal. The area pictured from the hotel does not reflect what you see on the ground, it's close to the beach but not on it, it is also a bit more run down than the Palma end of the strip and can feel quite unsafe later at nights. If you're looking a place to kip after a session or a short stay I would say this is more than ideal but for a relaxing break it's not a great shout

I checked in an out same day, didn’t even ask for refund as I guess it would be a waste It was not a nice area and the property was weird and not felt safe Definitely not a place for family

The room has a strong chlorine smell that made it impossible for us to sleep due to the cleaning products. The bedding has stains, and the biggest issue was finding a parking spot; we spent over two hours searching with no available parking. Additionally, there was constant noise and disturbance from some disrespectful guests, with shouting at all hours, even in the middle of the night, and doors being slammed without regard for others. We were startled awake several times by these sounds. When it rained, the bathroom ceiling started leaking water. Honestly, this was the worst stay we’ve experienced, but the area around the hotel somewhat eased the disappointment.

Roof top pool and lounge is very cool, good access to the beach, nice breakfast, room was ok but not great. There was only a sheet on the bed with no comforter and no refridgerator in the room or ice machine in the hotel. Staff was very friendly and informative, good stay overall.

This is a youth hostel: if you want a hotel experience do not book here. There are hundreds of noisy young people here and the walls are thin, you will hear everything. The place is decidedly no frills (no hand soap in toilets, no towels for the pool, tv remote only by deposit). Many things appear to be broken or out of order, and the staff appear over-worked. Not a relaxing vacation experience.

Absolutely terrible. we had to change rooms because the first one smelled absolutely awful. the other room was slightly better. bathroom wall really dirty. all the voices could be heard in the room from the corridors and people shouted at night that it was difficult to sleep. location good and breakfast ok.

Good breakfast buffet, the roof terrace was nice with a bar there. Day staff were lovely n check in. One of the night staff was very rude and unhelpful when my sister checked in late and it took 10 minutes to find the voucher. She’d arrived on a delayed late night flight and they could have checked our names and bookings but the woman was the opposite of helpful- scathing even. Felt Lost unwelcome. Not keen on the area. Nice beach though.

This property is very dirty. We had to switch rooms twice and then checked our an hour after checking in. The front staff was very kind and helpful, however, we are still trying to get our third night back for a refund as they only gave us two out of three even though it was so dirty we had to leave and book another hotel.

This hotel lied about parking. Then, they lied and said that I was a no show. Now, they refuse a refund after they sent me to a sister hotel where I spent almost $300 per night to makw up for their lies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HOTELS.COM WILL NOT HELP YOU.
