Loved my stay at JS Palma Stay! The property was clean, the staff was friendly, very courteous and helpful, and the food is great! It's also a 3-minute walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's close to public transit as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great property, close to beach and restaurants. Extremely easy to get to and from airport in taxis. Pool area very nice, just not enough loungesrs, but that was lack of space not lack of loungers. Rooms clean, mini fridge with water on arrival, good TV channel selection. WIFI strong and fast. Good inside lap pool and small gym. Great for a weekend away.

I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel outstanding!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel JS Palma. The location is great - super close to the airport, beach, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious and very clean. I particularly loved the pools and the spa! My only minor criticism was the minimal non-meat/non-diary food options. There were a few, which were nice, but for a hotel of that size and within such a touristy area, I would have liked to see a bit more accommodation for those with dietary restrictions. That said, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was fine. However the evening meals were not great and we ended eating out. The location was handy for the airport and close to Palma and to the local beach and amenities . What was not good was the fact that we had to pay for the safe, which was not good and also had to pay daily if we wanted to have and exchange towels for the sunbeds. Another thing that was very concerning was that a huge piece of glass on the stairway up to the mezzanine patio area fell. This could easily have been a horrendous accident.

You cannot fault this hotel for anything . Swim up pool , pleasant staff , beside the airport so no long transfer , beside the beach , excellent mix of people . Perfect for every type of holiday . Restaurants nearby , well priced drinks , loved watching the planes take off and land in the distance, spacious balconies , cleaners did an amazing job too . No queues at reception or the bars , nightly music on site , huge tv for the sports , food was amazing . I can’t fault this hotel even if I was looking for something to complain about . Cg

A really nice hotel very clean and faultless in all areas. Spa is a must do if you can. Traveled as a couple in late April so wasn’t very busy plenty of space around the pool and a nice chilled vibe with the music. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor and we had a lovely day bed to lounge on while on the balcony. I am not a breakfast person but ventured in one of the days there looked to be a good selection of hot and cold foods available. The lunch time snack bar had a small choice and everything was ok. The area has plenty of places to eat so we ventured out everyday so can’t comment on the evening meals.We will definitely return again
