Nothing to dislike. Staff all good. Room nice size and clean. Breakfast and dinner very nice with good variety. Lovely pool area. Hotel definitely leaned toward German guests, but never made to feel unwelcome. Only one issue was TV. Only one English speaking channel and that was the news. Thoroughly enjoyed our break.

This is a very pleasant hotel. Comfortable and convenient to the beach (200 yards). Its main problem is the awful WiFi in the room - and looking at the amount of people using the hotel's WiFi in the public area, it wasn't just my room.

Very good value for money hotel, just a short walk from the beach. Very clean, excellent buffet for the price, comfy beds, good shower. Only thing i would have liked is coffee/tea facilities in the room,, and a couple more English channels.on the tv. Very German orientated, but would recommended for anyone.

Nice hotel

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. We were half board and found that there was a good selection of freshly prepared food for breakfast and dinner. Most of the other guests were German and there were no English language channels on the TV. Hotel was handy for bus stops to Palma and the airport and a short walk from the beach

Great stay in a great hotel

Staff in reception very attentive which was appreciated. Hotel was overall a great experience! Confortable beds! Spacious rooms, breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruits, conserved fruits and dried fruits. Never had that in a hotel ever before. Staff in breakfast room did a very good job too in a loud and very crowded environment. We especially appreciated the refeigerator in the room.Thank you.

Room was a standard room, comes with a balcony. Hair dryer is included in the room. Hangers & shelves good storage & plug sockets side of the bed. I don’t have any food at the hotel.

Not good service

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever been to. Their service was very bad as you never got any help because I was not German. The staff at breakfast and lunch only talked to German guests I had to ask for help and fix my own table. Think there should be more service to all guests as we also pay. Would not recommend this to people who are not from Germany.

SHOCKING SERVICE, DO NOT STAY! Our room was flooded on the first night due to the drainage, so I called reception and all they could say was someone will fix tomorrow. All our stuff was soaked which was very annoying. Following day they had said it'd been fixed, but the problem remained. They eventually agreed to change room but didn't even offer any compensation despite it being a downgrade. If not for the issue above, the stay would have been mediocre at best anyway, food was incredibly average, pool was cold, definitely learnt my lesson staying at a cheap hotel, you get what you pay for I guess.

Wir waren mit dem Angebot zufrieden. Das Essen war reichhaltig. Natürlich ist in der Preisklasse nicht alles Frisch. Karotten waren aus dem Glas, Ananas Teilweise aus der Dose (Frische gab es natürlich auch), Kraut sowie Spargel weben ebenfalls aus dem Glas. Aber! Es gab viel Auswahl sowie Ausweichmöglichkeiten, es gab an der Thementheke jeden Abend etwas anderes. Der Pool wurde immer in Ordnung gehalten und war auch sauber. Wir wären gern dort abhängen. Des Weiteren sind es ca. 15-20min Fußweg bis zum Spektakel. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Bars. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et accueillant, avec une attention particulière portée aux clients. Ils se souviennent de nos échanges et de nos habitudes, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, tout comme le buffet du soir, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats de qualité. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation Arrêt de bus à 5min de l’hôtel qui nous conduit dans Palma centre, mais aussi à Arenal et un autre nous emmène à l’aéroport.

Hotel ist ok. Zimmer relativ sauber. Badezimmer zum Teil mit Haaren. Matratze fpr meinen Geschmack zu weich. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ebenfalls ok. Wollte am letzten Tag 3 kleine Brötchen mitnehmen, da ichczum Flughafen musste.Wurde sehr schroff darauf angesprochen, dass ich diese entweder im Hitel essen soll oder bezahlen muss. Hatte versucht der Dame zu erklären, dass ich nichts vor Ort gefrühstückt hsbe und ich gerne mein Frühstück in Form von 3 kleinen Brötchen mitnehmen wolle. Nix zu machen. Dies fand' ich persönlich etwas übertrieben, wobei es mir mehr auch um die Art vund Weise geht, in welchem Ton gesprochen wurde. Habe ja schließlich nichts geklaut.
