Great stay

Had a great stay at this hotel. Probably located at the most silent area in this town, because there is alot of noise and partys by the beach at night. Breakfast was amazing, they also serve sparkling whine every morning for free at the brekfast buffet. The spa was top notch, and there was always available sunbeds by their 3 pools area. Super clean hotel, and staff was service minded at all times. Would recommend this for couples and families.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. We had a big room, with big balcony and pool view. A long walk from reception - but not a problem for us. Breakfast was amazing. Roof top pool perfect. Staff were borderline rude - other than room attendants who were friendly.

This is a beautiful property, great service and good food! We felt that the location was good for visiting the island. We did not like the atmosphere at Playa de Palma beach, which was a short walk away. Too many young tourists partying and being silly. The bus stop is a short walk away which is helpful. We thought the half board was worth while. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and there’s a wonderful woman Dipa at the restaurant always making sure we had all we needed.

The design of this hotel is pretty bad. We have to walk almost 10 minutes only from front desk to our room. They have back side reception but they close it and door is not accessible. The gym hours is 10am - 8pm which is terrible, supposed to be 6am-11pm like most other resorts. Also, cleaning lady opened the door when I was changing for no reason! Cleaning team also left a pair of dirty gloves when we are back to hotel in the evening on our second night staying. I’d definitely not coming back to this hotel. You have to open front and back access, no one wants to walk 10 minutes to front door.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were so lovely and provided us with an upgraded suite for our honeymoon with a semi-private pool. We purchased massages and they were excellent, as were the indoor spa pools. A 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
