The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The combination of pool, beach and walk ability was the key to us booking our stay. The restaurants were amazing and the ease of using public transportation was a bonus. I would definitely stay there again. The staff and service was top notch.

staff at the hotel very helpful bedding and towels were changed every day hotel is very clean and tidy they offer car parking not on site but if its out of season you can park around the hotel loads of parking on street very small indoor pool

The trip was a gift to to of our grandchildren. The location, accommodation, service and morning food was all that we desired for our days in Mallorca. Our grandchildren's eyes were positively starry. We were all more than just satisfied.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located in a great area, right in front of the beach. The hotel is well kept and modern, the pool is a good size with lots of lounge chairs. There is a great restaurant on site. Our room was a good size. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a small balcony. The staff was so nice and friendly and excited to guide us where to visit. I totally recommend staying here.

Stayed in room 509, junior suite with ocean view. Excellent view! Room according to description. Clean and well maintained. No surprises, good or bad. Would have appreciated allergy information at breakfast. Typical tourist Mallorca location, a short bus trip or walk to more charming surroundings.

We were super happy with the hotel itself but very dissapointed with Expedia. Upon arrival with a family of four, the receiption lady could not find our reservation and asked us to find a phone number of Expedia and check the matter by ourselves as if we are lying about our reservation. After a long discussion and waiting in Expedia's hotline for many minutes and lots of stress, the receiption checked their system again and they found our booking. Then they claimed we have not paid for the room which was another long discussion until they made phone calls to Expedia themselves and confirmed the payment. Overall a terrible arrival experience and we heard same stories from other Expedia guests in the hotel. I'd definitely come to this hotel again, but would never book it through Expedia :(

Tolle Ausstattung der Zimmer, geräumig und sehr modern. Leider ist es aufgrund der Hotelgröße sehr hellhörig da das Schlafzimmer auch zum Flur hin ausgerichtet ist. Für Erwachsene ideal mit Kindern etwas problematisch
