I’ve stayed here a couple times before and loved it I’m sure what happened.
Rooms aren’t clean at all, I felt so uncomfortable staying there/ being the restroom. Walls were extremely dirty with who knows what on them (They easily wiped off). So just poor cleaning. Hair and stains on bedding.
First room they put us in had a heavy scent of a paint chemical and none of the lights/ electric was working. They did put us in a new room that did work.
Very sweet staff at the bar/ restaurants!
Restaurants were amazing.
Beach is beautiful but I wish they had a colder pool!
I just can’t handle the un cleanliness and inconvenience of constantly needing to contact front desk for things such as the air conditioner not working.

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos.
The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special.
We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
Anytime we needed anything, they were there to assist and made sure our family was well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
For our first family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely return to Grand Palladium Punta de Mita!

We have stayed here 7 times now and it remains to be the best hotel in Mexico. Stay number 8 will be booked soon. We love this place.

Made us change hotels due to maintenance issues. However was upgraded to a wonderful room at another Hotel they owned with a killer view.
