The room was clean but it was NOT in the hotel and NOT as advertised. The hallway was dark, the elevator was slow - better to walk the 6 flights of stairs. There was no one on the front desk when we arrived so we waited 15 minutes to check in. It was a very unwelcoming place and we did not feel safe there. The price changed by $100 when we paid for it with all fees in versus what it was advertised for. This is absolute FALSE advertising.

Super convenient, friendly and super helpful staff. A refuge from the August heat at the end of each day in Palermo. Absolutely recommend. Do wish the breakfast was a bit better, but that was minore given all the good things.

Clean room, very spacious and good AC, staff always helpful nice breakfast and in the middle of lots of restaurants and stores. Safe to walk at night too.

Our stay at Mondello Martini was lovely- the host was very welcoming and informative and the cleaner was also very friendly. They were very helpful whenever we had an issue or query. The rooms get cleaned daily which is a very big advantage! Thank you xx
