Its location is very convenient to visit the old Bilbao. Having to check in in one location and the room in another was a little confusing but the staff did an amazing job guiding us

Excellent venue, rooms are super clean and spacious with air conditioning. Breakfast was very good with homemade jams, staff all very professional. All around great experience
