Good hotel just not the best location

Absolutely fantastic management .I have a very special situation where i have to cancel my stay 2 days before scheduled stay due to a death in my family .They fully understood the situation and still honor my refund -they absolutely didn't have to do that .Spyros was absolutely great and help me on every possible way .

Immaculately presented and wonderful staff, especially George from reception who made it his personal goal to solve a technical issue for me which was above and way beyond anything I have ever experienced from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is also in an excellent location in Athens

The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable, However, the carpet was stained and needs to be replaced, preferably a laminate or hard wood floor since it was hard to pull/push our luggage in carpet. The breakfast was a plus, delicious and the coffee machine was excellent. Best of all, the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop was AMAZING!!! The reception staff Angelo was knowledgeable; and Demetruis was helpful. I just wish the hotel was closer to Masiteraki Square, where the hop on-hop off bus and the flea market were located.
