Very Nice and helpful Staff

First off, this review comes from a seasoned traveler who also works in the hospitality industry. High-level recap: stay somewhere else. The food was a mixed bag. Breakfast and lunch were mediocre at best, while dinner was actually good. The drink offerings were below average for an all-inclusive. The only vodka available was Absolut, and there was only one beer option. While the staff was friendly, the service was inconsistent. You would tip your server and then they would disappear and not return. Servers around the pool and beach were also scarce. Now, onto the property itself: it is extremely dated and in serious need of attention. The pool looks like it is falling apart, and the lounge chairs are dirty, worn, and uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, but they were also very badly worn. There are visible signs of wear and tear throughout the property. The towel situation was especially frustrating. The pool area would run out of towels, and when we contacted housekeeping for a fresh towel, they often didn’t have any to provide. I don’t blame the employees for these issues. The staff was generally friendly and doing what they could. I blame management and ownership for failing to maintain the property and provide basic amenities. For example, something as simple as conditioner wasn’t even provided in the room. When you stay at an all-inclusive, you should probably keep your expectations realistic. Based on our experience, this property was sub-par. Stay somewhere else

Divi was great, clean, helpful staff. Resteraunts all had great food and was seated quick. Pools were fun and the beach was beautiful.

Had a horrible stay at the Radisson the female staff was arrogant and not helpful, I miss placed a item in the restaurant a staff member denied that I left anything in there, the next day I walk in and found the item, I also believe they will try to charge me for a cancelation that was made on the 10th of August.

The room was fantastic cleaned, There was two incident that occurred , maid cleaned the room late 3:30 pm. And my husband and I left some items on the balcony (swimsuit , strawhat,cap and trunks)when we checked out,.I had a friend who was still at the resort check the front desk, no one seen the items.
