Vacations Close To Bioluminescence Beach

The hotel is new and immaculate. We were treated like royalty. Foods were fantastic. The Gem of Cancun!

Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us.

This is our favorite resort. We've stayed here several times. Club level is worth the splurge. The check-in process is smooth and easy. The concierges are friendly and helpful. The ambiance is peaceful and restful (although they do offer more fun-filled and active options). It is easy to enjoy your entire vacation without incurring extra costs, and still have plentiful amenities. We're already planning next year's trip.
