property was in a nice area with beach access. room was updated and fairly clean. had fan, air con, heater, microwave and fridge so very good for the price point. nice beach views and clean parking lot and front area. quiet neighborhood but close enough to restaurants and shops on the main road. would lodge here again if i go on vacation up that way.

Right on lake Champlain. Room clean but a bit shabby. Room ac small and noisy. Toilet slow leak around base. Toliet seat slides underneath you. But, it was a pleasant night and location wonderful. Would nit hesitate staying again I n.

Our room most mostly clean coffee maker not clean. Bed comfortable tv good kitchen had all we needed for basic cooking thanks. Notes. Bathroom pedestal sink broken on base and it could tip over. Oven filthy. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Beach and lake view lovely. Checking in wonderful. Polite helpful staff

Lovely place. The check in process was great for being contactless. My room was super cute and had everything I needed. They did an amazing job renovating the rooms. It’s obvious the owners care based on the upgrades they chose. Rooms are very modern and I will say, the walls are a bit thin as I could hear my neighbors. Earplugs were sufficient. There are restaurants, gas stations, drug stores (and the airport) that are within walking distance. Definitely recommend and we will definitely return.

I told them we got married that day and they had rose petals and a nice bottle of wine and two glasses for us. We got a room on the end so the sunset view in the morning was gorgeous! It was clean and a big room for an incredible rate!

Staff was helpful and nice, but I had to wait about 10mins to check-in as no one was at the desk at 10pm. Room was big but felt old and not well maintained. We had holes in our blanket, an awkwardly placed toilet with a weak flush, a shower with slides doors that almost came off, and noise from the plastic fitter of the air conditioning that kept smacking in the night from wind. Overall, we didn’t find any dirt or grime, but the property felt extremely dated and fragile in spots.
