Great pit stop during a road trip

Really good hotel. Brand new, good breakfast, beds are comfy. Staff during check in and breakfast seemed a bit depressed though.

Booked this hotel after visiting Monet’s Garden in Giverny and wanted somewhere to stay close to Versailles but not in central Paris. This hotel was perfect. Just 10 miles/15 mins drive to Versailles. Secure included free parking on site. Plenty of spaces.(30+) Also 4 EV charge points which were not advertised but came as a nice surprise as we drive an EV. And also free to charge! Lovely staff. Very clean. Nice sized room which was quiet and comfortable. Bed fantastically comfortable. Whole hotel felt brand new but is apparently 3+ years old. Water machines on each floor and in reception offering free chilled/sparkling or normal temp water. Very useful as there during a heatwave. Right next door to the hotel was a very nice Italian Restaurant (Del Arte) which was surprisingly busy. Also a KFC next door to that.

The hotel was very nice overall, the bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious and practical, the bathroom was particularly nice with a good shower, the car park easy to access and find, the parking easy, very good location for accessing Palace of Versailles. The breakfast was good, with choice of meats/ cheese and bacon sausages, pancakes and egg (scrambled plus pastries and breads. My only issue was accidentally booking 3 overnights (on 2 separate trips) one overnight in error whilst browsing on Expedia. I had hoped for a.refund given the accidental booking was booked approximately 9/10 pm at night and so obviously it wasn’t needed, however it was my error.

Une pause à Plaisir

Chambre très agréable avec un plateau de courtoisie à disposition et la possibilité de récupérer de l'eau ( plate ou gazeuse) . Notre salle de bains était équipée d'une douche à l'italienne spacieuse . Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet suffisamment varié ( salé/sucré)mais des compotes et yaourts pourraient être proposés Le receptionniste était très accueillant et serviable .
