This place is full of the workers that don't have a place to stay or Refugees, the some rooms don't have bathrooms, the toilets smell so bad and the showers are filthy, no hot water, stay away!!

Avoid - Read all the reviews..!

Family room unavailable at check in, so they separated us into 2 rooms. Both rooms red hot with no circulated air. Bathroom drains were horrific. The stench was awful. Smoke detectors were taped up.. Luckily we checked in late and left early as it was only a stop over. Can’t believe I missed the reviews. Would not stay here again.

Cheap and poor quality

Room was ok size but i got a smoker room, i booked non smoker. The mutual toilets were not clean. The code didnt work for the gate even though i changed twice. Loud gunste. Overall poor quality but i didnt really expect more for the prize.

Bien mais très bruyant

L’hôtel est bien situé, le personnel est très bien dans son ensemble (mention spéciale au veilleur de nuit très professionnel) mais il y a comme dans tout ce type d’établissement deux problèmes : le premier c’est les gens en déplacement professionnel qui sont très bruyants notamment le matin lorsqu’ils quittent l’hôtel et le deuxième c’est que l’établissement accueille des familles de «mal-logés » où de réfugiés, en soit c’est pas un problème (car une majorité sont calme et respectueux) mais il faudrait qu’ils ne soient pas mélangés dans les couloirs avec les touristes où gens en déplacement. Pour info, j’étais dans un couloir « mixte » et j’avais une famille particulièrement bruyante jusqu’à pas d’heure…

La nuit de l horreur

Une arrivee vers 20h30, la chambre réservée ne l était pas du moins pas dans le logiciel apparemment, on nous propose une chambre avec un lit en hauteur alors que notre fille a 4 ans, on fait appel a la direction, finalement la chambre reservee est disponible 🤔 mais dans un état on ne comprend pas comment c est possible de louer ca! Flaque d eau au sol sous la tele, toile d arraignee partout, dentifrice encore sur le cote du lavabo, bouche d aeration sale, dessous de fenetre moisi, placard sale également. Une chambre insalubre pour nous. Merci au responsable de sa compréhension et de nous avoir offert le petit déjeuner

Horreur

Température extérieure 1 degré, neige et verglas, mais chambre pas chauffée, parking et accès non déneigés. Le tout petit radiateur d'une chambre pour 4 avec kitchenette ne suffira pas à atteindre une température acceptable. Lavabo bouché dans une sdb glaciale. A peine arrivée on me demande de sortir pour faire des photos de la chambre. Je suis heureuse de n'être là que pour une nuit. Et tout ça pour plus cher que beaucoup d'autres première classe.
