Everything was good here. Loved walking in and seeing the curved staircase even though it meant hauling my luggage up myself. It's a cute place, I felt safe and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Had everything I needed. And coffee on the way out.

The rooms were quiet. You could not hear anyone around you, but the air conditioning system was very loud. The breakfast was good. It’s definitely a dated hotel but it felt very safe.

This hotel, for the price was excellent. Bambi was great and assisted me in getting a room in by hotel that was more convenient to my wife and me. However it needs some cosmetic TLC. The tub base was cracked and patched. The room walls needed touch up paint due to knicks. The hot water was excellent on pressure and temperature. The wash basin had sealant that was overused and you could see it. The bed and sheets were excellent. The room had USB and 110 power outlets. Fantastic😁😁😁😁 Refrigerator was great. Microwave was great. Coffee maker was great. Room was very quiet😁😁😁😁 Parking was great. Pool and hot tub was great. I asked staff for extra towels and the provided them😁😁😁 We did not try the breakfast. It’s a 4 stars for me. Overall I recommend the hotel for an overnight or lengthy stay.

The Staff were great. Room is clean. AC is great. The outlet needs replacement because the plug in to charge phone will not stay connected. Bambi was very helpful towards guest needs. Pool is great. Hot tub could be upgraded to show the blue color. Maybe add shade or upgrade umbrella. Breakfast is great. I suggest to link with whitewater business company so they could recommend your hotel business. This way Hotel could provide transport to the site. Maybe this could get the hotel more customers. Thank you

Everything was good except the bathroom. They need brighter light bulbs above bathroom sink. The wall in bathroom had some holes and needs to be repainted. The tub needs to be replaced as it has mold around the enclosed unit But overall I would stay there again. Very spacious room and comfortable bed

The staff was kind and the bedding was clean. Beyond that it was pretty disgusting. The blinds / drapes were ripped top to bottom, stains not small ones either from top to bottom. The shower has orange and black mildew on every fixture. The pool had clumps at least a foot long stuck around the filters that seemed to not be working of jellyfish type material. The hot tub tile that was blue was stained dark brown not sure what color the water was - the pool bathrooms had graffiti and human excrement everywhere and upon calling front desk I was told they are out of order. Our room smelled like smoke and the entire hallway wreaked of marijuana. Lastly the outside locking door was propped open every time we went in and out with intentional rocks, twigs, coins. Will never return to this hotel.
