Beautiful place to stay with 1st class service. Far enough out of town for peace but only 5 minutes outside of town. Their food was excellent and reasonably priced compared to town. Definitely get a golf cart.

We just returned from a week at Chabil Mar Villas. We loved our stay there. The staff were so nice, helpful and accommodating, especially at the front office. The food and drinks were great whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The location was great to walk to town or bike around. We would recommend this property to anyone considering spending time in Placencia.

One of the most amazing places I've ever stayed at. It was quiet clean and super friendly. It was like we had the whole place to ourselves. The bed was incredible. The ocean was 30 feet from our door. I would live there if they let me.

Wonderful stay. Basically on-call butler service during daytime hours for food. The staff, especially the bar staff, were friendly and accommodating. Quiet, but still able to have fun activities. A beautiful and intimate resort on the Caribbean. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the accommodations were just perfect. Left Placencia wondering when we could come back. Everything was clean, staff was attentive and they make you feel as if you can request anything and they will make it happen! It's a dream.
