“Location of the hotel is great, room was good, staff were very nice, but 2 reasons they dont deserve a 5 rating First, some scammers got the data of my reservation and tried to trick me into clicking on a link, or i will lose my reservation, how the info was obtained? Been a customer of hotels.com for a long time and this was the first time this happened. “The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. However, a helpful online guide is provided.”

“Personal muy amable y habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas”

Otherwise, a fantastic stay!”

Las habitaciones son grandes pero muy oscuras. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación con terraza con jacuzzi, y lo que pensábamos iba a ser un momento de relax...
