El establecimiento como tal, estuvo excelente. Muy limpio, excelente desayuno, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Lo único que no me gustó es que no sabían de mi reserva en el portal de EXPEDIA, pero en general lo recomiendo.

Lamentablemente mi reserva se hizo a través de un portal que no indicaba que el establecimiento no podría emitir un comprobante de pago aprobado por la administración tributaria peruana para sustentar el gasto de mi compañía. A pesar de esto, el hotel se portó muy bien y resolvió el problema. Sin embargo, el mal momento en el check-out que se dio por la mala información del portal Web de HOTELES.COM podría haberse evitado. Gracias al establecimiento hotelero por la invalorable ayuda.
