The staff were ready, willing and eager to be helpful. Very seamless check in and check out experience. Cute place with a games room on the 2nd floor atrium which was unique and fun. This is a converted warehouse space, so you will hear creaks and people walking around from time to time (I live in a converted factory, so I find this familiar and part of its charm), although the hotel was overall VERY quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Aside from minor housekeeping issues like tissues and body wash ruining out, stay was great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well maintained and updated. Good central location in Pittsfield with lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great historical hotel in impeccable shape. High ceilings, comfortable beds and wonderful staff. The only downside is they don’t serve a breakfast… There are plenty of breakfast places in the area.
