I really enjoyed my stay at the Berkshire Inn, it was safe, clean, and in a convenient part of Pittsfield. Parking was a breeze and I was comfortable in my room. I would definitely book again!

The accommodation were exactly as described and I had no problem with the condition of the room. Everything was neat and tidy. I didn't utilize the cable, but the internet ran extremely well and was perfect for when I was using it for work. There were plenty of towels and the refrigerator was in proper working order. All in all, a great stay if you're looking to be on the outskirts of Pittsfield.

The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste.

The room is good, it’s clean. However need more lighting in room, except for bathroom are so super clean and beautiful setting!! Bed is very comfortable to sleep, easily to sleep quickly. I would come back again when I use this place.

Great bargain! Definitely recommend.

As a solo traveler, I requested a room toward the front of the motel and that request was accommodated. I returned from my event later in the evening and the property was well lit making everything accessible and safe. This property is well maintained, clean, and the staff I worked with was friendly and accommodating. It's a very charming spot.
