The facility was perfectly clean and the staff was polite and accommodating. We had breakfast one day, and while it was very good it was also expensive. They have an air freshener pumping in the check in area which is very fragrant. Overall this facility was very nice and I would recommend it.

Note that breakfast is not included and the breakfast food available was overpriced and not very good. There is a Starbucks a few blocks away. The staff were helpful and the room was very quiet but stuffy. Oddly there was no fan in the bathroom or elsewhere in the room. The window view of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial was nice.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient downtown area. Room was clean and spacious. The only think I didn’t like was that you had to go down to the lobby to order your limited breakfast since it was not a buffet, but with the cost of a buffet. The pool was very small and constrict. Parking is paid and very expensive overnight. I paid because it was 1 night only but otherwise would have chose another hotel.

Crazy rates during University events (ie. move in/move out, graduation wknds) so its tough to avoid the ridiculous prices during these dates. The convenience of location is what makes this a prime spot to stay. The gym is actually pretty decent if no one else is in there, and the pool is pretty funny - its like 5 feet long, 5 feet wide, and almost 5 feet deep - a cube of water to dip in, right in there basement garage area.
