Nice stay!

I had never seen a property with so many stellar reviews! I was skeptical but they are spot on. Great price, very clean and quiet room. If you're looking for bells & whistles you won't find them. The only thing that turned me off is the obligatory armchair in the room should have been discarded years ago.

Nice motel! Clean, safe, great condition. Interior courtyard, close to places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay there again. But, it’s byo shampoo which caught me off guard. Yes,I would recommend.

Great budget motel

This is an older, small, privately owned motel in the outer suburbs of Pittsburgh. It's not glitzy or glamorous so you probably wouldn't want to stay in there all day long, but it's a very decent place to stay when you just need a room to sleep in at night. And the price is hard to beat, it's far, FAR cheaper than the chain hotels in the more central parts of town. It's a great budget motel so you can save your money for actual fun things during the day.

Great place to stay overnight-Clean, good parking

Great place ....Very clean and updated...room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. If you are just looking for a place to sleep at night, you can't beat this place for the price. Friendly service...safe parking inside the courtyard parking lot. Nice area with mall near by and fast food places. Don't let the low price scare you. I would stay here again.

Good location with plenty of restaurants as well as pep boys and Midas within walking distance. Dollar general and auto parts stores are close also. And most importantly a primanti bros .3 miles from it too. Was a 30 - 40 minute drive to Pitt university I would stay again if I ever needed to visit Pittsburgh again

No complaints

The price compared to other motels near downtown can not be beat, even on a holiday weekend. All rooms were filled during my stay and the room was still very quiet. There is a bus line to downtown right outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and towels. Great for spontaneous trips to Pittsburgh. Word of advice: bring your own shampoos and soaps, there is a Dollar General in walking distance if needed as well. 10/10
