Convenient to airport. That being said, this was the worst room I ever stayed in. The carpet torn, wavy and obviously water damaged. Could not walk on it without shoes. Stains on ceiling, poor lighting (maybe to hide the carpeting) Bathroom felt clean but washcloth had holes in it

All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down.

This property was just okay. The room felt clean, however, there were stains on the floor and the room smelled kind of weird at first. The shower did not get hot enough. It was somewhere between lukewarm and hot. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The fridge was missing its shelf so it was hard to store any leftovers in it. It wasn’t noisy, even though we were right beside an elevator. I didn’t really have much interaction with the staff other than checking in, but they seemed pleasant enough. The pool area was pretty gross. There were old wicker chairs with worn faded cushions. There was a box that said clean towels but they were only like 5 in there and they were all wrinkled up.

Hotel is right under the landing path of Pittsburgh Airport. Tough to sleep when there is a roar every few minutes. Bed was comfortable. Would be great if it weren't for the location.

I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and very friendly people at check in. The only thing that was not clear from the website was that there was a charge for leaving your car there when you get the shuttle to the airport. That said, it was only 10 bucks a night, and the shuttle is so convenient. I enjoyed my short stay and would go back again!!!

Booked online and included the breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to be on the 7am shuttle back to the airport and breakfast didn't start until 7am, so I missed it. The shuttle driver was very friendly and had a small bag of cookies to help tide me over. Overall a good hotel.
