Rooms was dirty had to switch rooms and the other one was still dirty. A working just walks in our room when packing up to change rooms asking was we leaving the room. Bathrooms was dirty as well didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower there.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean looks like it has been remodeled in the last 18-24 months great water pressure served the purpose. Will book again if ever need in that area

Nothing unique everyone was friendly, and it was very clean and tidy when I checked in. It was a pleasant surprise and very nice to have had a microwave and a mini refrigerator.

I booked for two nights. I told the lady checking me in that I may not be able to stay the second night, and she said that it would be ok. Unfortunately, I did have to check out the next morning. The man who checked me out was not helpful and informed me that I would still have to pay for the second night. I was checking out at 9:00 am. He was very reluctant to help in anyway. When I asked who I could talk with or call, he said he would take care of it and made a quick note. He gave me no assurance that this would in fact be done. He told me to watch my bank statement to see if it was done. This is the first time that I have been treated like this in any Quality Inn. At this point, I will not use Quality Inn facility Gary Vezza

The room is in need of a deep clean, there was debris in the corners of the room; a smashed lampshade on a table; the shower gel was located next to the "closet" where you hang clothes, not in the bathroom; the "TV Guide" in a plexiglass stand was filthy. the exhaust fan for the bathroom was over the sink and very noisy; and the blankets on the beds were incredibly thin.

I need this refunded from my card or I will dispute it and never stay at a Choice hotel again. I need a response back on why I was charged this extra fee when the total said it was $12.83 less.
