When we arrived, the hotel was under a massive remodel that was not advertised in the listing. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly and let us see our room before checking in to see if we wanted to stay or not. With having a 2 year old we did decide not to stay due to the construction conditions. The hotel definitely has potential, the lobby looked nice and the staff is amazing.

Be warned - hotel is under MAJOR construction. Most services aren't available like pool, gym, food. Hallways stink and construction debris and supplies are all around building. Room itself was nice and quiet. Overall I suggest not staying here until construction is done, which is a long way off. There are other hotels right next to this one.

The area is a bit tough to navigate with construction. Previous Hampton Inn sign to be replaced. Grab n go breakfast back was not too bad if your not too hungry.

Helpful front desk had my room ready early. Free guest laundry and another staff member gave me a cup of laundry soap. Nice room, mini fridge, ok grab and go breakfast bag. Would stay here again.

Cool hotel on a very hot day

Nice hotel and good price. Was able to check in early on very hot day. Front desk person very helpful. I liked the grab and go breakfast bag. Guest laundry was available, and another staff person gave me free soap. Guide channel on tv helped. Comfy beds and mini fridge, hot shower & tub. Would stay here again.

Noise, scary neighbors,cops,broken doors & moldy floors were bad. Price was ok, so despite getting sick from the mold , I would stay again.

This is a basic hotel. The pricing was inexpensive and they do have a pool, though check if it’s open before booking. The thing I really want to highlight is that the staff is very friendly, and made me feel welcome.

One week stay in Ross Township

Staff, room amenities and location were great. Free guest laundry(bring your own soap) was handy. Nice to have microwave, mini fridge and in room coffee/tea. Moldy floor and dust made me a bit sick, but this is an old property so I just bought OTC meds to be ok. Tv guide channel was nice and being close to bus stops made location good. Thanks to front desk, housekeeping and maintenance for dealing with early check-in and room door that would not close.
