Room was clean. My boys love the waffle maker at breakfast and the eggs and sausage were great for a quick bite. They were very accommodating whenever we needed extra towels or tp. And it was nice to have a kitchenette for our stay.

I have stayed here twice, when in Pittsburgh. It is a good value. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with hot and cold options.

It was overall an okay hotel there isn’t much to complain about other than the smell when we first got to our hotel room. It just smelled kind of old. Other than that it was pretty good the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The included breakfast was pretty standard but also really good.

Economic price. Pro forma front desk, answered questions clearly. Location can be confusing as this is also a SleepInn location. Parking not convenient to front store. Slight funky smell in hallways but the room was comfortable and had everything I needed and quiet and clean. My major gribe is the runaround I got the next day. I called what I thought was the front desk from a Midwest airport because I thought I left something valuable in my room (I found it in my luggage later). The number took me to reservations who gave me the front desk number which took me to reservations. I finally got someone who gave me the number for the OWNER of the hotel (1) I didn't call.

We were very thankful for all the help that Kirsten at the front desk provided for us. We made a mistake by booking a queen bedroom. She worked very hard to accommodate us and have us moved to a king bedroom. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to all of our needs. She is an exceptional employee. The manager Neilish was also wonderful and personally explained, and apologized for an elevator issue and offered to help us get our bags down when we checked out. We stayed on two separate occasions in 2 weeks. We asked if we could have the same room on our return and in spite of being very busy, he saved the room for us.

Budget accommodations, property needs some love

The hotel has a kitchenette and sleeps five, which is nice. The carpet, furniture, TV and linens must be 20 years old. The bathroom is small and the air vent in the bathroom was clogged with at least 10 years of dust. The staff was friendly. The combination makes this a budget choice only.

Great price for the area

We had a quick getaway for a Steelers game. Great location for the price. It's a bit away from the city but it's worth the drive to save the money. Direct access to highway and city area. Clean, comfortable, would stay there again.

Comfortable, clean room. Love having a full size kitchenette, including ice maker. Generous breakfast with hot and cold items. Reasonably easy drive to Acrisure stadium for concert.

Got there 3 hrs early and asked for early check in and they gave it to me no issue, my room was just the furthest room in the hotel. Couch in the suite room was really stiff and outdated but everything else was nice. Was clean, water pressure was good.
