The room was okay, a weird layout with extra walls randomly around. Bathroom was small, hard to close the door if standing in front of the toilet. Breakfast was not good, boring and cold even though we were there in the middle of the time available. Our keys died every day and the staff, busy watching tv, made it our fault. Location was convenient and quiet enough.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved having the couch and there was a half wall that made it seem like we had 2 rooms. I also need to shout out one of the staff, Nally. A decent hotel for the price. I’ve stayed at many Hyatts and this one did not specifically live up to the standard of those ones. The hotel itself is not clean. I assume when the rooms are cleaned the floor is vacuumed so why not continue into the hallway. The first floor was very dirty as well due to the traffic, a quick sweep once an hour or so would be a huge plus. My room was not cleaned during our two night stay, not a big deal but our trash was full and we needed our towels replenished. The front desk employees were great each interaction!! Breakfast was well stocked but very crammed and not enough seating. Location is great when visiting Pittsburg.
