The room was clean, except for the sofa bed. When we tried to open it, it was full of crumbs in between the pads. As a point of engineering, the toilet bowl in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was mounted at an angle with the wall, not parallel with it, which we found odd. The staff was helpful, when you can find someone. The breakfast was terrible, eat somewhere else if you don't want to start your day badly.
