Pool was closed for the night we stayed. No reason given. Gym requires a Hilton Honnor apt be on your phone to enter, not a room key. Floor tiles in entry and bathroom (same tiles) were loose and were a trip hazard. Full Breakfast was poor with warm not hot food. Expedia and Hilton rating must be fake, no way is this a 9.0 rating. The Hilton Garden was next door, should have booked it the breakfast was likely better.

I am having a wonderful stay at this hotel. I have been staying here for quite some time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would be visiting or staying for long. The staff were welcoming and helpful.The breakfast is inviting with various choices. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything I needed for a relaxing stay. If you want to cook a meal, this hotel is definitely for you. The location was very convenient too. I would continue staying here.

Clean spacious room for price. Ashley, Patricia, Pam and Jovi in breakfast area were awesome. Friendly outgoing and very helpful. Jovi remembered our stay 2 years ago and greeted us with open arms. This location will be our go to every year @Christmas. I can't rave enough about them. If we could give 10 stars we would. Thanks yinz guys for a great memorable Christmas vacation.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and larger suite for our family. The manager, Ashley, was fantastic and helped us modify our reservation — she was the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for our entire stay, despite being told multiple times that it would reopen “tomorrow.” The room had a very strong odor upon arrival, a broken blind that nearly fell on me, exposed wires, and overall cleanliness far below expectations. Multiple amenities, including towels, were unavailable, and only later was a sign posted about limited staffing for the holiday. We ended up spending far more than planned to entertain our kids since the main amenity we booked for was unavailable. Great breakfast and kind staff, but the property itself needs maintenance, clearemmmmcommunication, and improved housekeeping.

Wonderful stay—safe, clean, quiet, updated, floofy towels, nice room darkening shade, well appointed. The area is nice and was super convenient for me. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer…but that is super personal and if it were perfect for me others would say it’s too soft. My only actual complaint is that I hate how most hotels have short toilets…it’s hard on those of us with long legs and/or bad knees! However, if I come back this way, I’d definitely stay here again.
