Was really clean, modern rooms, very nice staff, they allowed early check in which was perfect as we were from out of town. The only down side that we found is the website said it was a 12 min walk to the arena, hense why we booked this hotel but the walk was about 30 minutes, when your not from around there it’s hard to know, either than that the stay was great!

Room was great. The only issue I had with the stay was an exchange I had with a man behind the desk . The front door would not open so I manually pulled doors apart to enter hotel and because of this the security man spoke to me in an unfriendly way saying I should of used another entrance and I told him I was unaware of another entrance. I don't feel his manner of speech was professional but I enjoyed the stay regardless and wanted to give 5 stars anyway.

Staff was great, the breakfast was excellent! The bed was very comfortable and the pool was nice! My only qualms were that you have to pay extra to park on site (I did know this ahead of time however) and how slow the elevators are 😂 but all in all I would definitely go back!

Convenient affordability is how I would describe this hotel. Great location and ease of parking helped us have a smooth stay in the city. I appreciated the additional security of the fenced parking area to give peace of mind for my vehicle. The room was large and clean with room for our family of 4 to move around, get ready etc. With 2 teenagers you need space for them to spread out and the extra sitting area was much appreciated. The breakfast was hot and fresh and offered plenty of options from lighter fare to a more hearty meal. We were pleased with our stay. It only took 15 minutes to drive to the U Pitt campus.
