Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The continental breakfast is a nice bonus, and the food was good. We loved that parking was included. I only wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Top notch customer service from every employee we interacted with. Holly at the front desk was a sweetheart!! She got us a corner suite with an awesome view!! We really enjoyed the suite. The bed was super comfortable and we loved the blackout shades. I liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were open early and closed late. The location is excellent for all of Downtown Pittsburgh. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely accommodating with all my requests especially the young women that checked me in,I wish I could remember her name! I loved the 24/7 availability of coffee, tea and water in the lobby. The pool was open til midnight providing a relaxing end of the day. Breakfast was good and changed everyday and the seating area was well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
