When I arrived, there was no one at the desk. My entire check-in took less than 3 minutes and was hassle-free. The staff were great, answered any questions we had, and were prompt when we needed extra towels or other assistance. The room was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had a great view. The breakfast buffet was fresh, and there was a staff member present to keep the buffet area stocked and clean. The pool area was very clean, and the water seemed like it was a heated pool. I'll use this particular hotel anytime I return to Monroeville in the future. Great stay.
