Super clean and up to date, great for business travelers. Convenient location near anything south-side. Terrific breakfast - highlight of the stay - strawberry waffle station with toppings! Could have used some small items in the room such as a notepad/pen, and the TV stand was unplugged and pushed into the room a foot when I arrived. Not a big deal and everything still worked. 5/5 stay overall. Thank you!

Stayed here one night for a concert. Was able to check in about an hour early which was nice. Room was clean for the most part, could’ve been vacuumed a little bit more around the bed and AC. The bathroom was clean, the shower came with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We were fully stocked on towels and wash cloths. My only complaint is that the AC in our room made a terrible noise after running it through the night. We had to turn it off in order to get some sleep.

After 3 night stay didn't have housekeeping service even though we reported it to the front desk and we were told we would have it the second day. Had to ask for tissues at the front desk minimal left and new box. The breakfast was very good and 'Jordan' was outstanding working diligently to get everything we needed without any other help. What an outstanding employee!!!
