This is a great option if you need to be downtown. In our case, we were going to a hockey game, and the location was perfect. We also ordered room service, and the kitchen staff was friendly and happy to help my picky child with allergies. The indoor pool is also nice. With that being said, the rest of the hotel feels kind of run down, and there’s not much in the way of food near by on weekends.

We stayed while a event was going on at the ppg arena got back to the hotel around 11:30pm and dropped off my car. The next morning checking out the gentleman getting my car had no clue where it was. He eventually did find my car and all was well but I suggest maybe putting someone else on at nights. The gentleman picking up my car the next morning was very apologetic and kind.My room was nice except the bathtub had stuff all through it and on the floor. But other than that is was a wonderful place and staff was very nice.
