The valet parking staff were wonderful and friendly. The same with the front desk staff. The mattresses in our room were awful! There were hollows that made it impossible to sleep well. I ended up sleeping across the bottom of the bed. Mattresses need to be rotated regularly and replaced as required. Arguably the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had in ANY hotel.

And in the parking they said there's only valet parking but didnt mention the price of $45. Just a scam and cheap mentality from such a huge institution.
