We stayed for a long time -- over two weeks. The front desk was very helpful when we needed some help extending our stay. Dining room staff very friendly. Parking is supper easy and included. Location is central to major shopping, if that's your thing. We found it handy on long stay. Easy access to Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair.

The lobby and common areas are very nice. However rooms are dated. Hotel is very clean and staff very friendly My only real complaint is there was a dog in room next to us. Animals should be in a separate area, for sanitary purposes. I wouldn’t want to sleep in a room after a dog was in there. It was a pit bull, so not a service animal.

Staff were excellent and extremely professional. Rooms were clean but walls were thin. You could hear normal conversations in the bathroom. Complimentary coffee and tea in the am was nice as well. $17 for the hotel breakfast was too $$$ for me
