Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The check in staff was very nice but the hotel seemed understaffed. Our room was not like the pictures shown. It was very small, the carpet smelled slightly like pee, and underneath the chairs were not cleaned. The bathroom was nice sized and the shower had great hot water. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and had some good selections for a smaller hotel but the cheese on the eggs was mushy and plastic-tasting even though the eggs themselves were pretty good. For a quick one-night stay for the price it was pretty reasonable we just wished it was a little cleaner.

The beds and the bedding was amazing….luxurious! I have never slept so well. I wanted to stay another hour or two but, had a long drive home. I was disappointed that their breakfast in the lobby was done when we went down to eat at 9:10 and expected it to be available until 10am. Most likely it was our fault so make sure you ask the details. There was construction going on our floor in other rooms but understandable. I would stay there again just for the comfortable bed & bedding!!!

The room smelled musty and of stale smoke. We used air fresheners, but it didn’t help much. Breakfast area was so small that 5 people could navigate it at a time, and choices were limited, so we did not get breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

AC was good. We arrived early and were able to check in without calling ahead. Room wasn’t super clean but we weren’t there long enough to complain. Carpet was damp and it had an odor to it once we turned the AC on.
