First of all, please please read the fine print because the check in staff started with additional charges from the time we checked in. They advertise as all inclusive but truly ita not, everything has an additional cost when u arrive. They advertise slides and other attraction at the beach and pool side but fail to mention it was currently under renovations. Ofcourse counter staff played the blame game and shift it all on Expedia but i always book via Expedia and this is the first time i have had bad experience at the hotel . I don't recommend them.
