“The young guy that was in the reception for the second night accused me of having someone else in the room when I lost my key and asked for an new one, he even came with me and enter in me room because he wanted to inspect the room. The hotel is good, but that was the last time for me there.”

“All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised for that situation. What a way to waste an experience.”

“We loved the location. Really enjoyed the mining museum and nearby restaurants. It was peaceful and quiet. The little touches at the Villa were nice (fresh flowers along the stairs). It was very modern and sparkly clean.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Katerain. The staff, service, food, and location were exactly what we needed. I will return often. While I very much appreciated that the hotel had AC, my only criticism would be that they don't allow guests to control their own AC. Nevertheless, we will happily return.”

“Insgesamt gute und saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Persönlich finde ich es in einem Hotel angenehm, wenn Personal anwesend ist. Check-in ist komplett online und man erhält einen PIN fürs Gebäude und Zimmer. Hat gut geklappt.”
