The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Johnny and Mateo were amazing. Johnny went above and beyond! The service was excellent. My only negative is the walls are very thin and it's noisy.

Nice place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We only stayed 2 days but the location was excellent for the tower. The only complaint we had was the room was a little dark as it was on the ground floor and we didnt want to open shutters. But otherwise very nice place to stay.

Loved the staff, their professionalism and friendliness! Clean & presentable facilities and so very convenient location. Would probably be 5 star on all, but they advertised vacancies and we got the room immediately adjacent to the street and the front door, so a bit busier and noisier than it could have been

Hotel itself is more of a guest house. We were out in the first room as you entered the hotel on the ground floor right next to the reception desk. As a result you could hear everybody in the hotel and outside. The room was spotless and we had no complaints. It was an excellent location for the leaning tower but lots of outside noise. Gianni in reception was excellent snd very helpful
