Short stay after arriving on a late flight. Easy taxi ride to hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check out was easy and plenty of car parking available. Hotel was slightly dated and could hear most noises from rooms either side and above. But happy with stay. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Despite being very close to the airport, it is necessary to take a taxi at a cost of approx 16 euros to get there. Breakfast in the dining room was good but there was no provision for an early breakfast (before 7am) for our early flight. A takeaway breakfast was provided but this wasn't great - i would have liked some fresh fruit such as a banana to be included.

We stayed at this hotel as our flight into Pisa arrived late at night, a taxi from the airport cost us €16. The receptionists were lovely and the lady that checked us out was really helpful in giving us directions. The property itself is a little dated but was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise for us as there was a great selection and all of the food we tried was great.

They breakfast was very good the bed was comfortable, staff at the reception not very friendly, some of the area's needs a bit off more attention, special on the cleaning like the lift area inside and the rest room in the reception. All overall was good experience one lady from the bar sorry I didn't now her name was very nice and friendly

Ok stay, but location is impossible to reach with public transport, both from airport and to city centre. We got a ride to pisa centre by the general manager which was nice. But wpuld rather stay in a place qith easier access to transport

Enjoyed a lovely break at this hotel

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Our room was lovely. Air con kept switching off and there was no remote control so we had to keep getting up to switch it back on. View was lovely. Definitely needed a car to stay at this hotel as it's a little far from places but the walk into town was about 30 mins (very slow because the weather was in the 30's). Nothing to fault. Breakfast was great as it ran from 7 to 10.30 which is much longer than other hotels. Selection of breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late, and couldn't get any food at the bar / bistro, staff were not interested in serving us. We walked to a local restaurant which was exceptional, not the based location to walk around though, as it is in an industrial part of the city.

Perfect for airport

The staff were exceptionally lovely. From the pictures on the website, it looks really modern but it is really dated in the bedrooms. Asked for smoke-free room but I could clearly smell cigarettes. Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was good - cheese, meats, yogurts juices, cakes and good coffee. They kindly kept our luggage while we visited Pisa. We had to get a taxi as no buses running to hotel from either the airport or the city of Pisa.

Not Connected To Anywhere

"connected to a railway/underground station" - no it is not. The staff tried to tell me that connected meant that it is nearby - it does not and it is not even near by. 17 euros to the airport and 11 euros from the train station by taxi - which was the only possible route according to both the staff and google. Room was dated, but done the job for a quick overnight before flying, but simply false advertising as there is no public transport in the vicinity. "we can call you a taxi" is not connected.
