Great stay in one of the caravans. Arrived at 12.30am and night guard kindly let us in and took passports (got them back from reception next morning) and showed us to our caravan. Clean, comfy beds, perfect duvet for keeping at a decent temperature. Nice croissants in morning from mini market. Tasty pizza and pasta at restaurant. Son loved the panna cotta. Staff are top notch.

This is the second time we've stayed and it's a great value option for exploring Pisa and the north west coast, as its walkable to Pisa (even with an eight year old) and close to rail links. If you don't feel like exploring, the pool is plenty big enough for a proper swim, and there is bar food available in the day and a nice restaurant at night. The staff were really good with helping us practice our Italian too.

Fantastic Site

Fantastic site, with all the facilities you could ever want. You can get cappuccino and pastries for breakfast and there is a pizzeria on site if you don’t fancy cooking or walking into town - both delicious

While accommodation was basic, the overall site and staff were friendly, fun and safe for our family of six. The pool was a hit and in a very prime location to walk to the city centre within 10 - 15 mins. Lovely stay.

Decent campsite with a nice pool, bar, shop & the restaurant did superb pizza & pasta. It’s a 15 min walk to the leaning tower & about 10 min to the smaller station (not Pisa Central) which was good for day trips to Lucca (20 mins) and Viareggio (12 mins). Stayed in a caravan - very clean & although only one air con in the lounge - it worked fantastic & all bedrooms were perfectly chilled!

Suitable location just 15 min walk to Pisa tower, nice pool with bar and coffee shop next to pool, market and restaurant just in front of reception, friendly staff and the property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen which is good for small family. We needed a place to stay for two nights. This location was perfect due to price and location very close to the leaning tower , we walked every where. This was our first time renting a Village cabin. We were pleasantly surprised it had a grocery store and restaurant plus pool and rentals. Definitely will try them again if in the area.
