They call themselves the AC hotel but let me tell you no functioning AC! Had a terrible night sleep, trying to cool the room to a sensible temperature but the thermostat didn't go below 28 degrees. Hotel made no arrangements to help after giving feedback.

We enjoyed the comfort, closeness to the airport and the safety of the hotel. The food for breakfast was not great however the lasagna for dinner was the best we had during our stay in Italy!!

Good option for a night before a flight. Close to the airport and Staff friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend Pisa for longer than a day trip but this hotel seemed one of the best options for the area.

For a whole day, the shower hose was broken and they didn't have anyone to fix. The frontdesk told me they'll ask to the manager for compensation but they didn't reach me anymore for a week !! amazing expereince for this nice hotel lol

Great location and staff

Great location at the entrance to the Leaning Tower and cathedral, steps from Pisa Rosso train station. Staff super helpful. There’s no breakfast on-site but cafés are numerous in the area.

Nice stay but I'd rather drive to Florence and spend my money elsewhere. The bed was a bit hard as it doesn't have a box spring. Breakfast was more convenient then to look forward to. We had dinner, and was just average. Nothing to brag about.

The staff were very nice. The room was pretty spacious. I didn’t like how thin the walls are. You can hear door slamming loudly in the morning. There is no atm in the hotel, even though the hotel website stated it does. I requested for a few amenities, but never received. Generally speaking, the hotel will leave a bag by the door even I was not around but they didn’t do that.

The staff were terrific. But the hotel was old and tired.Wall coverings peeling off in the elevator is not a good sign. The dining room was fine - when open but they had no lunch service and a vastly diminished menu on Sundays. It is a ten Euro cab ride from the airport and they have no shuttle service. Check in at busy times was slow and tedious. Be aware that it is far from tourist sights if that's why you're going to Pisa
