Great place close to historic downtown

This is a great quiet pousada walking distance from the historic centre. Simple but well maintained rooms with a nice porch. The grounds are beautiful and lush. Breakfast was amazing with good variety. There is a secure parking lot across the street for hotel guests, easy to leave the car and walk into town!

A estrutura geral da pousada apresenta-se limpa e funcional, SEM torneiras pingando, chuveiro entupido, ar condicionado com filtros imundos, lâmpadas queimadas e outros itens que já presenciei em outros estabelecimentos. Destaca-se entre os pontos positivos a presteza dos funcionários, sempre procurando oferecer o melhor para o bem estar dos hóspedes. Em tempo, não posso deixar de comentar a excelência do café da manhã e o diferencial do "cafezinho" da tarde incluído na diária que ajuda em muito o despertar para a jornada vespertina. Recomendo.

Desde o primeiro momento, pude perceber o alto nível de organização e o profissionalismo da equipe. Todos os funcionários se mostraram extremamente pró-ativos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Durante minha estadia, tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem — desde o agendamento da hidro até as solicitações de limpeza e troca de lençóis. Um destaque especial vai para o café da tarde oferecido como cortesia, um gesto que nos agradou imensamente. Gostaria também de parabenizar a Dona Elisângela, responsável pelo buffet do café da manhã. Uma funcionária simpática, dedicada e que realiza seu trabalho com muito amor e carinho. A pousada é bem localizada, quarto bom, piscina boa. Só que pela manhã ligavam um soprador, e não tinha como descansar, poderiam usar vassoura pela manhã e ligar o soprador num período onde os hóspedes estejam fora, creio que a tarde.

Pontos positivos Localização excelente, perto da rua do lazer; Atendimento cordial e acessível; Café da manhã gostoso, com bolos ótimos (sugestão: liberar os pedidos de tapioca sem limitação de horário e sem precisar anotar em papéis); Suíte espaçosa e confortável; Ar-condicionado bem gelado; Shampoo com aroma agradável; Pacote de decoração muito bonita para recepção inicial na hospedagem (só o bolo poderia ser de outra doceria, como a Colonial); Estacionamento privativo em frente (seria ótimo se tivesse sombra para os carros). Pontos negativos: 1. Uma das hidros estava em obra e inutilizada, sem aviso prévio; 2. A outra estava com jatos parcialmente funcionando e o tempo de uso foi limitado a 1h por dia, mesmo sendo um bangalô (equivalente a duas suítes, tanto pelo número de pessoas 8, quanto pelo valor gasto 3000 reais por 2 diárias); 3. A piscina teve vazamento e foi interditada no dia seguinte; 4. O Wi-Fi não funcionou na manhã do dia 12/10; 5. O café da manhã na calçada, com sol forte e animais de rua, foi desconfortável; 6. A limpeza das áreas comuns do bangalô deixou a desejar (teias, aranhas, cheiro forte dos móveis); 7. Os banheiros do bangalô não tinham chave; 8. A limpeza dos quartos precisa ser solicitada via WhatsApp, o que poderia ser automático; 9. O lanche da tarde foi avisado apenas para um dos quartos; 10. Não é permitido caixa de som, mas há som em algumas áreas fornecido pela pousada; 11. A regra de silêncio após 20h nas áreas comuns é confusa

Sempre vamos a Pirinópolis. Primeira vez nesta pousada. Sempre víamos a fachada, mas não imaginávamos que era grande o espaço! A recepção é bem pequena não condiz com o lugar amplo. Foi uma boa surpresa! Quartos bons, roupa de cama bem limpa e cheirosa, área verde bem cuidada, café da manhã muito bom, com produtos regionais! Geleia de amora deliciosa. Foi tudo bem, quarto confortável, porém, o banheiro estava com a ducha higiênica sem pressão da água. Á noite tinha um cheiro forte no banheiro de esgoto. Boa pousada

Pousada muito bem localizada e muito bem cuidada. Jogos de cama e toalhas muito novos e limpos. Gostei muito da piscina aquecida. Deixo como sugestão terem ao menos 1 berço. Viajei com minha bebê de 1 ano e fui informada de que a propriedade não dispunha de berços. Como a pousada aceita crianças, acho fundamental ter o item. Outro ponto de melhoria é o café da manhã. Muitos salgadinhos fritos e pouca gente servindo e limpando as mesas.
