“The bar and restaurant were closed for refurbishment, which wasnt a problem at all, the problem was we wernt informed of this in advance. We had been out all day and wanted a nice relaxing evening/dinner. Unfortunately we had to get in the car and go out again which was inconvenient as had we known in advance we would have eaten before we went to the hotel. Apart from this our stay was perfect, the room was so lovely and warm (it was -3°outside), the bath was lovely with lashings of hot water,...

The only thing I did not like were the pillows., they were lumpy. Breakfast was excellent. We definitely recommend staying at brandshatch!!!”
