An excellent place to stay, the property is a true mediterranean villa. It would be great to see some natural textures, wooden colors in the rooms. The room where we stayed was all white. I get this is trendy nowodays, but a more natural looking room with earthy tones would fit perfectly with this villa! Otherwise great stay, beach is about 15 minutes walking distance, but this is also reflected in the price. Recommended.

A great place to stay in Pula

Excellent ppace to stay in Pula. Very close to the restaurants, bars and shops of the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Aircon in the rooms and decent wifi. The matresses were not the most comfortable but overall a great experience.

Good value for money

Check in and check out was OK. The room was clean . There was a fridge in the room , but we had to ask for kettle. The photos on Hotels.com do not reflect reality. There are just apartments in the photos / which are much bigger and have kitchen and terrace/ The rooms are on the ground floor with a tiny hall and they are really close to each other / you can hear the music from the other rooms/ Terrace is shared and was outside the rooms. We really appreciated air condition. The parking lot is big enough, there is a lot of space. Distance from the beach is circa 1,5 Km. The accomodation is suitable when travelling with bikes. Cycle path is circa 500m from the house, the nearest market is 100 m. We recommend for shorter stay

Good place but bad bed

The place was for us very good because we had bicykles so it was easy way to centre. But they didnt have place for bikes so we put in room which had 10 m2.. bed was the worst what we ever sleep. Body totaly destroyed. Very soft bed. I dont know if is pissible buy something because owners not speak or comunicate. Feel like in another world. But around were people very polite. Price looks ok because in other hotels is more expensive. But this I think for 15 euros should be ok

Cara ma tutto sommato confortevole

di Negativo: Abbiano atteso i comodi dell'albergatore prima del check in, abbiamo ottenuto una fattura di 63 euro quando invece ne abbiamo spesi 73 pagando on line, in piu la tassa di soggiorno era inclusa ma ci e stata chiesta lo stesso.stanza piccola POSITIVO aria condizionata perfetta, camera pulita, tv ultrappiatta bellissima con connessione ad internet ultraveloce.Posizione ottima In Generale e stato veramente bello soggiornare a portorose la citta di pirano e i dintorni sono stupendi. Struttura cara per quello che offre ma tutto sommato la residenza e stata gradita
