“No hay mucho cerca pero es un excelente hotel con buena ubicación para viajar a pueblos cercanos si tienes auto. Las instalaciones están excelentes los cuartos y baños más amplios en Escocia tienen un excelente Bar y Restaurant ”

“I like everything was very nice”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”

“The Northwest Castle is a very out dated hotel, needs to update especially the rooms. We stayed in a bungalow which surprised me as I thought we were staying in the hotel. The staff are lovely , very helpful and very friendly. The food is average. For £121 per night b&b I would expect better. Bathrooms old with deep bath and poor shower above the bath. Stayed a couple of times the first time being in the hotel. Wouldn't stay again unless guaranteed a hotel stay and a modern room. Shame!”
