Room is basic, only one side of wall has outlets, no wifi signal in the room, door doesn't close, airplanes and events in the yard is loud. When there were empty rooms at first night, they asked for $17 to upgrade if I want to move to a room with wifi. Ok. The charge for a night is $30, which barely worth it. If not because some staffs are friendly I would rate it 2/5. I've traveled quite a lot, this is one of the few hostels I did...

“They did not have my reservation, but then checked me in and said all is well. In the morning they demanded that i cancel the reservation to pay (???), and insisted that i pay cash and declined to give a receipt. Claimed it is electronic, took my email, but never sent me anything.”
