Vacations Close To Pinnacle Ridge Winery

Parking lot was full of debris, secondary exit by my room was propped open at 10pm when I checked in, breakfast was mediocre I’ve had better at other holiday inn express hotels.

Room was super clean and it was comfortable as well.The staff here is fantastic very friendly and helpful as well. There is a outside pool which is open from May until September it closes.There is a laundry room and it coast $3.00 per machine .6Flags and The Jackson Out Let Stores are about twenty minutes plus away from here.There are a number of places to get food from.Plenty of parking as well.

Hotel appears to have had some recent reno's but the building is obviously very old and still does not feel or smell clean. The girl on the front desk was new but quite friendly and tried to be helpful, the male worker was arrogant, condescending, unfriendly, unhelpful. It was an inconvenience for him to do the most menial tasks. The cleaning I observed was questionable at best. Close to lots of great food establishments but there are other hotels in the area. Stay somewhere else!!

great stay! only complaint is that the bathroom light and fan are on the same switch and the fan is LOUD, so something to keep in mind for some folks!

Clean,breakfast variety and quiet place
