“The shabbiness and the lack of sound proofing in the room was a real disappointment.
The plaster was blistering on several walls, the room furniture was dirty and the pillows were not hotel quality, actually looked like cheap ones from Kmart. The room was in need of a coat of paint, replacement of broken tiles in the bathroom and fixing of cupboard doors that did not close properly, to name a few items.
The lack of sound proofing left a lot to be desired. We could hear a phone...

“Mostly ok extra lounge chair would have helped, I know it’s tight area where the table was, for the price it shouldn’t go up without another chair.”

“We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...

“Hotel is in need of a renovation. Our AC unit did not work. The pillows were terrible. Lots of road noise. Hotel seems to be in a sketchy part of town. The add on expedia is not a good representation of the actual hotel.”
